Your Buyer Bucks agent will give you the tools you need to take control of your home search, including internet property searches, property alerts via email, and even a free loaner GPS which will allow you to compare homes and neighborhoods! Step 3: Your Agent Steps In To Help, When You're Ready. Once you've narrowed your search down to certain neighborhoods, or even several homes that you find interesting, you can ask your BuyersBucks agent to step in to help you choose between properties, show homes to you, and negotiate the purchase contract. The BuyersBucks agent will be a full service agent from this point on, ensuring you avoid the pitfalls that can cost you thousands of dollars, while negotiating the best possible price on the property of your dreams.

Step 4: At closing, you get a cash rebate. To reward you for doing the majority of the time-consuming home searching early on, your BuyersBucks agent will be happy to share his commission with you at closing. After all, you earned it! *Commission refunds or rebates assume that the listing broker (seller) is paying a 3% buyer's side brokerage commission. Rebates to be reduced or adjusted accordingly if seller pays less than 3%. (Example: rebates reduced 1/2% if seller pays 2.5%). Buyer(s) should be pre-approved by a lender with a pre-approval letter prior to viewing homes. Buyer will need to have a signed exclusive buyer broker agreement for our rebates to apply. Buyer is to notify lender about broker rebate at loan application. Broker intends to disclose broker rebate on HUD-1 settlement statement. Rebate could also be in form of reduced purchase price (if buyer and seller both agree) or rebate could be utilized to buy down your interest rate which will lower your monthly payment (consult with your lender).
