3: Your Agent Steps In To Help, When You're Ready. Once
you've narrowed your search down to certain neighborhoods, or even several
homes that you find interesting, you can ask your BuyersBucks agent
to step in to help you choose between properties, show homes to you,
and negotiate the purchase contract. The BuyersBucks agent will be a
full service agent from this point on, ensuring you avoid the pitfalls
that can cost you thousands of dollars, while negotiating the best possible
price on the property of your dreams.

4: At closing, you get a cash rebate. To reward you
for doing the majority of the time-consuming home searching early on,
